From concept to completion, all of our services deliver refined curations for the modern resident, and we make sure to have fun along the way. Our on-boarding process includes 3 steps which helps us learn about you & your lifestyle, further introduce Tyler Interiors, and determine which service best fits your project needs. It may seem extensive, but our refined process guarantees clear expectations as we transition potentials into new clients.
PHASE ONE - DISCOVERY CALL
This complimentary 15-20 minute phone conversation helps us scratch the surface of your wants and needs within your home project. Prior to the scheduled call, you must complete our inquiry questionnaire to lead us through our conversation. We gather additional notes on scope of work, overall budget, and much more. We wrap up our call by explaining next steps and sharing our scheduling link for phase two, our virtual Meet & Greet.
PHASE TWO - MEET & GREET
This complimentary virtual meeting introduces you to our professional team so you understand who we are and how we operate. We review notes from our discovery call, share our fee structure, our internal processes, and much more! This meeting requires 45-60 minutes of uninterrupted time, and we request all decision makers be present.
PHASE THREE - PERSONAL CONSULTATION
Let’s meet! The next step in our onboarding process is the personal consultation. This in-person meeting is an hour and a half, and takes place either in the resident's existing home or model home (when available) for new construction potentials. We review our process, answer additional questions, walk through each designated space, discuss first glance suggestions, gather general measurements, and collect before images and video.
Following our meeting, we consolidate all collected information to provide a customized consultation report including specific design elements, level of design service including fee structure, budget variances, estimated timeline, and lots more. We also provide a custom project statement, color palette, and design inspiration to showcase our vision for your project.
PHASE FOUR - LOA MEETING
We are overjoyed you have chosen to partner with Tyler Interiors to create the home of your dreams! The final phase of our onboarding process is our LOA meeting, which is an in-person meeting to review and sign our letter of agreement. This document contains all details within the scope of the project and the process throughout our collaboration. During this meeting, we also reserve time to review inspirational images to share with our team of professionals. As a new client, you are asked to create a Pinterest board that speaks to your style and functionality. This provides a strong foundation as we transition into the design curation phase.
PHASE FIVE - DESIGN CURATION PHASE
Once the letter of agreement is finalized, the fun begins! We begin curating a design concept for each space, starting with technical drawings. We take a week to two weeks generating construction plans including space planning, as-built plans, proposed floorplans, and elevations, and then schedule phase 1 preliminary review through a virtual meeting to receive client feedback.
Following the preliminary review we make immediate changes to reflect potential changes or adjustments. A trades day is then scheduled to walk the project site with coordinating professionals to begin generating proposals towards additional services, such as painting, electrical, or major construction changes.
On trades day, you can expect different contractors on-site collecting measurements and additional notes towards the project scope. Our design team is present to lead discussion around design plans, as well as confirm detailed measurements included in our technical drawings.
PHASE SIX - FULL DESIGN PRESENTATION
During our full design presentation, you see our conceptual vision come to life! This is an in-person meeting to present each detail within the design concept of each space. Proper renderings, space planning, and product samples are presented to provide a tangible idea of what the results will look and feel like. Multi-level projects are presented in two phases; phase 1 is to present hard selections, and phase 2 is to present furnishings & styling layered over hard selections. Following our full presentation, you have access to one full revision period, including 2 revisions per design element. We aim to finalize revisions within a 2 to 4 week period to keep everyone moving forward.
PHASE SEVEN - PRODUCT PROCUREMENT/MANAGEMENT
Once the design concept is approved we sign off on all selections and begin the ordering process for all products managed by Tyler Interiors. Our full service management includes ordering, receiving, inspecting, housing, & delivery of all coordinating products under Tyler Interiors. This is incredibly important in keeping the design process running smoothly and efficiently to ensure that your project finish is exactly what you want, and you can relish in the beauty of what's ahead.
PHASE EIGHT - PROJECT INSTALLATION
The most exciting phase for everyone involved! We bring all hands on deck to place, style, and perfect every single detail to give you a true turn-key experience. When we're done, we welcome you home to a refined and inviting space that is ready for living.
The scale of the project determines how much time is required for project installation. Some require a day, some require multiple weeks, but seeing it all come together is truly magical. Once all products are installed and finishing touches are made, it is time for the final walkthrough. This is the exciting part! The wait is over and you get to experience the flow within each complimentary detail.
Once you've had time to enjoy your new reveal, we will follow-up with our project wrap-up which includes product warranties, product care instructions, future collaborations, and a thank you note from our professional team.
