From concept to completion, our professional team tackles full project management so our client doesn't lift a finger. From start to finish, we implement our streamlined process ensuring our client is spoiled with an elevated, stress free experience.
Full-Service clients receive a full custom design curation including paint concept and/or wallpaper concept, flooring selection and minor architectural changes (when applicable), furniture concept, lighting concept, custom window treatments, and a full décor styling concept. Not only are these products selected for our client, but also installed for them during our installation phase.
To maximize in time and customization, we curate using our exclusive industry trade vendor products. These products come from manufacturers who sell directly to industry professionals. We spend a lot of time building relationships with vendors who cater to both our design aesthetic and level of quality expectations within their products. This offers a broader range of product selections, as well as saves time during the sourcing process.
Because we strive to include details clients won't think of on their own, we often include custom design elements that require extensive technical collaboration with our trades. Between technical design, sourcing products, product procurement, and coordinating full installation, we put a lot of hours into our full service projects.
Once the design curation(s) is complete our client receives a full design presentation including vision boards, elevations and renderings, space planning to scale, and flat lays of product samples. We offer a full revision period following the design presentation to make any necessary adjustments. We aim to finalize revisions within a 2-4 week window to keep the project moving efficiently. It is important our client feels 100% comfortable moving forward with selections; therefore, they must confirm each design element to transition into project procurement.
Second to the overwhelming stress of design curation, project procurement is one of the top reasons potential clients inquire with us. Busy schedules and bandwidth prohibit our clients from successfully conquering project procurement, and all the moving variables that go with it. Luckily, our professional team oversees procurement & installation with an organized & efficient system making the process both simple and enjoyable. Our full-service clients understand the value in leaving the to-do's to the experts; therefore, they allow our team to take the lead while they cater to their careers and families.
During product procurement phase we manage all product ordering, receiving, inspecting, potential returns, temporary housing, and installation coordination. Because our clients are busy, we often meet our trade professionals on site to give them access inside the client's home. A member of our team is present to assist with small scale installations such as light fixtures or wallpaper, and our entire team is present for full furniture and styling installations.
Full service furnishing & styling installs require all hands on deck as they are long busy days. For single rooms we complete the full reveal in one day. For multiple rooms, we aim to complete them in 2 to 3 days, depending on how many rooms we're installing.
The days start really early in our warehouse where we check off all items being loaded onto the truck. From there we jump in our vehicles loaded with styling accessories, following the truck to the job site. Unique selections such as paint, wallpaper, window treatments, or ceiling fixtures are often installed prior to avoid trade overlap. There are many moving parts during furniture installation; therefore, a well organized process is mandatory.
From the signing of our LOA (Letter of Agreement) to installing the last décor accessory, we cater to our full-service clients by managing all avenues of their project. While we work our magic, they use this necessary time to tend to their families and busy schedules, and then at the end, we present the beautiful reveal we all have worked tirelessly to achieve.
